On my last trip to Italy i found out that Rome has besides its well known cultural heritage a really big street art scene.

Actually my first idea was making a documentary, but due the lack of time i came with the idea just to shoot as much as i can and play with hyperlapse and editing techniques which i always found really interesting, but never had the opportunity to try it myself.

Fortunately i found the amazing app called "Street Art Rome" which helped me to navigate through Rome to find all the beautiful pieces, even when it wasn't possible to capture all of them.

Most of the pieces are made in suburbs of Rome which you're normally not entering in your usual Rome trip.
To raise interest in these less known neighborhoods, the city invited local and international street art artists to make them look more friendly and interesting.

So if you are done with visiting the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain take a walk through the other quarters of rome. Don't miss Tor Pignatarra, Tor Sapienza, Ostiense, San Basilio, Garbatella, Quadraro, Tor Marancia, Pigneto, San Lorenzo
