 dans le même temps notre corps, nos émotions et notre esprit. Peu à
  peu, nous apprenons à lâcher prise ; notre matrice se détend et n
 otre bassin s’ancre. Le geste devient calligraphie, sentiment. Le co
 rps « se défroisse », nous devenons plus créatifs : l’âme du
