 ermet d'aller à la rencontre de son soi profond. La réalisation de s
 on propre Mandala permet une meilleure connaissance de soi, une diminu
 tion du stress, une meilleure concentration, un retour au calme et à 
 l'harmonie par l'effet du recentrage, une prise de conscience de votre
  potentiel artistique. Il s'adresse à tous, ne demande aucune connais
 sance artistique, juste d'être soi. C'est une activité simple, dans 
 l'instant présent, en étant à l'écoute de ce qui est. Le Mandala s
 e réalise sous différentes formes et avec différentes matières (no
 tamment le sable coloré). Nous utiliserons lors de ce stage le suppor
 t toile et la peinture acrylique à appliquer au pinceau, au couteau,
